Won Health Architects · A healthcare architecture firm

Healthcare, designed to work.

We help physician groups, MSOs, specialty clinic platforms and wellness ventures design care platforms that are physician-led, integrated and built to last.

Founded by Sung Won, MD, a former orthopedic spine surgeon with more than 20 years building healthcare systems.

Architecture for the business of care

Good care is fragile when the system around it is improvised. We design the structure (strategy, integration, operations, technology and growth) so clinicians can focus on care and the organization can scale with discipline.

Strategy

Define where you play and how you win. We help leaders clarify the care model, service-line priorities, market position and capital plan, then turn them into a roadmap that a physician group or platform can actually run.

Vertical integration design

Connect clinical care, diagnostics, therapy and procedural services into one coherent model. We map patient flow, service lines and ownership and management structures, and work alongside your legal and compliance counsel so the design is sound from day one.

Operations

Build the operating system behind the clinics: site launch playbooks, staffing models, scheduling and intake, revenue cycle workflows, and the management-services layer that MSOs and multi-site groups depend on.

Technology and reporting

Choose and connect the tools (EHR, practice management, scheduling, patient engagement and analytics) and set up the dashboards leaders need to see performance across sites, service lines and payers.

Growth

Expand with a plan: new-site selection, service-line additions, referral development, physician recruitment and partnerships, sequenced so growth strengthens the platform instead of straining it.

Built for the people who build care

Physician groups

independent and multispecialty groups that want to grow, add service lines or professionalize operations without giving up physician leadership.

MSOs

management services organizations designing or refining the services, structure and reporting that support affiliated practices.

Specialty clinic platforms

multi-site specialty operators that need a repeatable model for launching, integrating and running locations.

Wellness ventures

longevity, performance and wellness companies that want a credible, well-structured care model behind the brand.

Conceptual system diagram

  1. 01 / 04

    Listen and assess.

We start with your goals, your market and how the organization runs today: people, sites, systems and numbers.

  2. 02 / 04

    Design the architecture.

We lay out the target model: care delivery, integration, operations, technology and governance, with clear trade-offs.

  3. 03 / 04

    Build the plan.

We turn the design into a sequenced roadmap with owners, milestones and the metrics that matter.

  4. 04 / 04

    Implement and refine.

We stay close through launch, measure what's working and adjust. Nothing is ever finished; good systems keep improving.

Principles

Physician-led.

Clinical judgment stays with clinicians. The structure exists to support it.

Integrated by design.

Every service line should strengthen the others.

Ethical and compliant.

We design with your counsel at the table, not as an afterthought.

Measured.

If it matters, it's on a dashboard.
